01 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the 7000bet platform and all services under it. 7000bet is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and live casino services for users in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on 7000bet, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the platform.

These terms have been prepared in Bengali and shall serve as the primary document. Any translated version is provided for convenience only, and in case of conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

02 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on 7000bet:

You must be at least 21 years old. Account registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in account cancellation.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You must provide a valid mobile number and email address that can be verified.
OTP verification must be completed when activating the account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

7000bet may request documentation for identity verification for withdrawals above a certain amount or in other relevant circumstances. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in certain account features being temporarily suspended.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your own responsibility to maintain the security of your 7000bet account. The following rules apply in this regard:

Never share your password with anyone.
Report any unauthorized activity on your account to the 7000bet support team immediately.
Transferring your account to or allowing use by any third party is prohibited.
Contact the support team to change the mobile number or email address registered on your account.

All transactions and betting activity carried out using your account will be considered your own, unless you have reported unauthorized access in a timely manner.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods can be used for deposits and withdrawals on 7000bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
The deposit account must be registered in your own name.
Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
Identity verification may be required for the first withdrawal.
The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

7000bet reserves the right to verify any transaction and temporarily place it on hold if necessary, in the interest of financial security.

05 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7000bet offers promotional offers for new and existing members from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the balance ৳2,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (i.e. ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000) before any winnings from it can be withdrawn.

Important: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings earned from a bonus only become withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met. The bonus may be cancelled if the wagering conditions are not fulfilled.

General Bonus Rules

A member may benefit from a specific promotion only once.
Bonuses may only be usable in designated games or betting sections.
Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.
7000bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

7000bet offers sports betting, casino games, live casino, and fishing games. Each game or betting section has its own rules, which can be found in detail within the game or on the relevant page.

Sports Betting

All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled, unless specific circumstances (match cancellation or rescheduling) make it applicable.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 7000bet reserves the right to void those bets.
Bets accepted after a betting market has closed are not valid.

Casino Games

Game outcomes are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG) or through a live dealer.
If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 7000bet will take action in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider.
Attempting to exploit any bug or error in a game or its software is prohibited.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7000bet platform:

Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
Using multiple identities to claim bonus benefits.
Attempting to hack the platform's software or systems.
Using automated bots or scripts to bet or play games.
Stealing other members' information or using it in a fraudulent manner.
Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
Misconduct on the platform or harassment of other members.
Conducting transactions using a third party's account or payment method.

Warning: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

08 Account Suspension or Closure

7000bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

Violation of terms or participation in prohibited activities.
Providing false or incorrect registration information.
Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
Prolonged inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
Instructions from legal or regulatory authorities.

If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the 7000bet support team. If you voluntarily close your account, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimate funds in your balance, subject to the terms being met.

09 Responsible Gambling

7000bet believes that betting and gaming should be a form of entertainment. We advise our members to game in a healthy and measured way. Follow the responsible gambling guidelines on 7000bet to set your spending limits and avoid addiction.

If you feel your gaming habits are getting out of control, contact the support team — we can offer you a temporary break or self-exclusion option on your account.

No one under the age of 21 may use 7000bet. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed without verification.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

Copying, distributing, or republishing any content from the platform without written permission is prohibited.
Game software is separately protected by the intellectual property rights of the respective provider.
Limited use of content for personal, non-commercial purposes may be permitted.

12 Limitation of Liability

The 7000bet platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 7000bet's liability is limited in the following areas:

Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
Software errors by third-party game providers.
Losses resulting from your own negligence or violation of these terms.
Losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you did not report it in a timely manner.

For resolving any dispute, 7000bet follows a fair and transparent review process. Details of the relevant transaction must be reported to the support team within 30 days of raising a dispute.

13 Changes to Terms

7000bet reserves the right to change, add to, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

The updated terms will be published on this page with the effective date noted.
For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through the app.
Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
